The sole purpose of Morning Light Outreach and Mentorship Program (non-profit) is to aid in the successful rehabilitation of individuals struggling with alcoholism and drug addiction. The program is free and readily available to youths and adults, regardless of sex, race, or creed.  We assist in recovery by:

  • Providing one on one mentorship

  • Locating appropriate resources for clean and sober housing when individuals are released from recovery centers and institutions

  • Helping to place individuals in jobs and with resume writing

How do we get their attention?

  • ML3 is a rock band that consists of seasoned musicians that use music and lyrics coupled with a dynamic presentation in youth facilities and prisons to deliver their unique message of how to recover from drug addiction and or alcoholism.

  • At the end of the presentation, ML3 band members spend time with inmates in a “meet and greet” manner. At this time they offer a way to contact them for further help upon release from the facility. Contact information is given on band photo and CD that is given to each inmate. PO Box address also available.

Vision:

  • To spare lives that eventually will be lost to the fatal disease of alcoholism and drug addiction.

  • To show others how to obtain a useful and successful life style, clean and sober.

  • Educate community on drug addiction and alcoholism.

Conclusion:

Morning Light Outreach and Mentorship is here to show that recovery is absolutely possible and how it is achieved. Living examples of recovered people are a powerful tool to aid and educate in the war against substance abuse.
